LAS VEGAS -- Another one bit the dust in Las Vegas, as the Castaways Hotel and Casino was imploded this week.The casino closed two years ago, and creditors couldn't come up with a business plan for it.Much of the furniture, bedding and kitchen utensils went to nonprofit agencies in the Las Vegas area.
There are no firm plans for the land.
