July 21, 2008 -- Sun-Times columnist Richard Roeper is leaving the nationally syndicated show "At The Movies With Ebert & Roeper" after eight seasons.With Roger Ebert's health problems, the show has featured guest co-hosts over the past two years.Roeper said he couldn't reach an agreement with Disney about an extension of his contract.
He told the Sun-Times on Monday that "it's never been the same without Roger Ebert, but I'm proud of the work we've done."Roeper hinted that he might resurface on another show, but for now the weekend of Aug. 16 will be his last "At The Movies."
Last week, most of the cast from the '70s television classic, "Happy Days," reunited for a "Bronze Fonz" ceremony in Milwaukee. What have they all been up to since the show ended in 1984?
