CHICAGO -- Another lawsuit involving bed bugs is filed against Presidential Towers.

A resident claims an adjoining apartment became infested with the bugs and then spread to his home.

Kenneth Lee claimed management officials failed to inform him of the infestation and, they didn't take the proper action to stop it.

Three other residents filed similar suits this past week.

However, a spokesman for Towers said the suit is baseless.
