NFL Hall of Famer and coach of the Super Bowl XX champion Chicago Bears, Mike Ditka, rejoins NBC5 Chicago as a sports contributor. His weekly segment "The Iron Mic" looks ahead to that week's Bears game, games around the league and NBC's Sunday night football game. Four weekly installments of "The Iron Mic" will run on NBC5 and on this page. Look for the on-air segments on NBC5 News at 6 p.m. and 10 p.m. on Fridays, 9 a.m. on Saturdays, and NBC5 News at 8 a.m. on Sunday.
