The most popular procedure is Botox, then chemical peels, microderm abrasion, laser hair removal, and sclerotherapy -- which is surgery to remove varicose veins.

Breast augmentation came in sixth, followed by liposuction, nose jobs, eyelid surgery, and tummy tucks.
