Her coaches trained her to be faster and stronger through strategic coaching, training, and program design. That's when she says the seed for fitness was planted.

Saran went on to receive a full athletic scholarship at Middle Tennessee State University where she graduated with a B.S. in Mass Communications and a minor in Athletic Training.

Currently, she is certified by the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and studying for another certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine.

Saran encourages her clients to make fitness a lifestyle by showing them that it can be fun. Additionally, she incorporates her clients' outside activities, like roller skating, softball, tennis and basketball, into their individual programs.

Saran's passion for fitness is evident by her creation of S.W.E.A.T, a fitness show for teens that promotes exercises and wellness.

Saran competed in her first figure competition this season, taking home the first-place prize.

You can find Saran working with her clients at Phenomenal Fitness located in the South Loop where she is a personal trainer, or log on to www.sarandunmore.com for more information.
